With over two decades of experience in banking and finance, Michelle offers a wealth of insight into lending and the internal operations of major financial institutions. Her career spans leadership roles at top banks such as ANZ, HSBC, and Bankwest, most recently serving as a Regional Executive. In that position, she guided a team of business bankers, oversaw credit assessment and approvals, and provided strategic problem-solving, coaching, and development.
A proud alumna of the Chief Executive Women’s program, Michelle is particularly dedicated to empowering women in business. She takes the time to break down complex banking processes, translating industry jargon into clear, actionable advice so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
